At Pleasant View, our Youth Ministry is a growing, Christ-centered community of teens who are learning what it means to put down strong roots in God’s Word, grow in their faith, and live out the love of Christ.
Our students have a growing passion for serving others and making a difference. Throughout the year, they take part in hands-on mission and service projects—from packing shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child, to helping create dresses and bags for mission teams serving in Brazil, to assisting with church maintenance and meeting needs within our local community.
We believe that faith grows deeper when we experience God’s Word, worship and fellowship together, and put what we learn into action. Our youth have opportunities to grow through Bible study, fellowship, service, missions, and special activities throughout the year.
This past June, our students enjoyed a faith-building trip to Kentucky, where they explored the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum, giving them an opportunity to learn, ask questions, and see their faith come alive in a new way.
As our Youth Ministry continues to grow, so do our opportunities to reach out, serve, and share the love of Christ. We’re excited about what God is doing in the lives of our students and look forward to discovering new ways to make a difference in our church and community.
Our youth meet every Sunday at 9:30 AM for Sunday School, with additional Bible studies, fellowship gatherings, mission projects, and activities scheduled throughout the year.
